You have :
15+ years of experience, 5+ years as an experienced leader of a team of senior technical subject matter experts
Bachelors in Computer science, engineering (technology background is preferred)
Prior software, solutions development background and proven ability to demonstrate complex technology.
Ability to handle multiple projects and constituents and prioritize under tight deadlines.
Ability to delve into technical details of product, and strong ability to defend opinions with both business and technical partners within the organization.
Motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll do :
Lead the full-fledged web development team and marketing technology team of individuals who contribute in creating high quality enablement content.
Ensure underlying technology allows for smooth execution of corporate marketing roadmap.
Ensure continuity and growth of the technical marketing team by hiring, training, mentoring, reviewing, and leading.
Drive development and creation of highly impactful competitive technical collateral / documents to better enable our sales team.
Own the planning process, guiding team-specific roadmaps, driving alignment with the overall team vision, and ensuring consensus within the team.
Judiciously balances new feature development against increased reliability.
Lead and drive competitive technical enablement for sales, product management, and engineering.
Track and identify product gaps and competitive differentiation.
