Franchise Development Manager have to develop new franchise and business partners in all metro cities, tire 2 and tire 3 cities in India and give support to those franchise and business partners.
Duties :
1. Responsible for franchise development and business development of franchise.
2. Responsible to make follow company policy in developed franchise and business partners.
3. Lead a team to develop franchise.
Job Description :
Build and lead the team of business development managers and executives to deliver business goals
Create strategy and master plan to generate Franchise Partners leads for the zone in accordance with business plan for the aligned territories
Develop company pitch, marketing material, go to market strategies and systematic framework to attract the best in class existing pharmacies and new individuals to join Zeno network
Create brand awareness for Zeno Franchise Partner program by collaborating with marketing team and increase the lead and enquiry funnel
Setup up system and process for end to end lead management from lead generation, lead conversion, onboarding, documentation and start-up of the franchise partner
Collaborate with other teams to quickly successfully change the branding of the partner to Zeno and launch the partner store and create initial buzz for partner growth.
Build after sales CRM team to support franchise
