As a Key Accounts Manager , you will handle B2B sales to salons, hospitals etc and manage the company's key accounts.

What you will do :

  • Consistently meeting & exceeding sales quota.
  • Innovating and introducing schemes to upsell the product offerings
  • Achieving monthly targets of app installs and retention rate
  • Educating and nurturing prospects, conducting a demo with each lead and share what the company does and assisting them in identifying how it can help them.
  • Articulating company's value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients while understanding the competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrating a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed and supported.
  • Leading customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Support teams.
  • Salary : INR 12,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.

  • Willing to run around, young achiever who can crack accounts
  • Relevant exp in b2b sales
  • Willing to travel across Delhi NCR - moderate travel
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in driving B2B sales growth preferably in wellness / beauty products companies
  • Be able to thrive in a complex and demanding startup environment
  • Street smart, open minded, analytical, persistent, accountable and ethical
