    HR function overview

    The Human Resources function is a dynamic, diverse, collaborative team of like-minded progressive professionals. Our model adopted for HR is that of COE, comprising a strong team of HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition members, HR Services & HRIS folks, a Global Compensation and Benefits team and a Learning & OD team.

    We have a global reach and in India, the HR team spreads across locations Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida & Hyderabad

    Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage requisitions end to end and build a collaborative relationship and partner closely with Hiring Managers, thus enabling operational efficiencies in recruitment delivery
  • Execute all activities associated with generating applications from specific sourcing channels (i.e., job portals, alumni, employee referral, in house search, proactive sourcing) based on the recruitment strategy
  • Schedule candidate screens and assessment related events as required gaining relevant availabilities, scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers
  • Handle candidate negotiations and drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies
  • Work with the HR Shared Services Team to prepare offer letters and contract packages and coordinate approval routing, distribution and retention of offered candidates
  • Facilitate on-boarding processes in partnership with the HR Shared Services Team. Activities include notifying candidate and stakeholders of start activities, and tracking completion of on-boarding tasks
  • Track and generate timely reports and ensure data integrity
  • Obtain documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements
  • Develop deep knowledge of multiple specific recruitment channels and manage relationships
  • Keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends to identify potential opportunities to develop new sources / channels
  • Participate in strategic projects and / or initiatives within or outside the team
  • Education, experience and competencies

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment in a blue chip company, after completion of Post Graduation
  • Graduate in Human Resources.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Problem Solving ability

  • Flexible and willing to roll sleeves up when required
  • Strong on credibility, character and work ethics
