    Job Profile

    This role reports into the Asia Head of Diversity with amatrix reporting into the India Head of Talent Development and Diversity.

    Therole supports the development and execution of our India diversity strategy

    Working within our existing Talent Development and Diversity& Inclusion framework, you will work with and influence key stakeholdersincluding but not limited to Human Resources colleagues including Diversityteam members in other regions, Division Heads / Ops Officers, Diversity Councilmembers, Employee Network Sponsors and Chairs, and external partners.


  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on thedevelopment and delivery of world class diversity solutions to addressorganisational challenges and deliver business impact
  • Develop and strengthen governance andaccountability frameworks to deliver D&I outcomes.
  • Utilise data and analytics to develop insightsthat inform engagement, recruitment, talent retention and development initiatives.
  • Promote the Firm s brand as an inclusiveemployer through internal and external media
  • Represent D&I and Morgan Stanley throughactive participation in internal and external events.
  • Keep up to date with innovative diversitypractices and relevant policy and regulatory changes that impact the country.
  • Skills required

  • Good working knowledge of diversity andinclusion in financial services, corporate or non-profit advocacy environment.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret quantitativeand qualitative data, and translate insights into impactful, commercialrecommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstratedability to drive multiple projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build solid relationships withglobal, regional and local stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound judgement with confidential and sensitivematters, including data
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office products,including Work, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience

  • 8+ years working in a regional or global team(in a corporate environment)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience in supporting Diversity andInclusion initiatives
