Position / Title : Data warehousing and Business Intelligence Practice Lead

The selected candidate would be a core member of the Data & Analytics Unit of Aspire. The candidate would be responsible for both pre-sales and account mining of some existing customers for new projects.

The selected candidate would need to be a subject matter expert in areas such as data warehouse, BI, AND / OR Big Data and will be expected to provide high-quality inputs to the sales team for proactive sales closure.

Job Description :

  • Should have the ability to translate client’s business problems, requirements, and challenges into commercial solutions
  • Support the data analytics unit with lead qualification, presentations, proposals, sales strategies, and competitive information to provide impactful sales support
  • Developing high-quality and impactful demonstrations, and other pre-sales assets
  • Support building price / estimation models for engagements
  • Own and maintain response / knowledge repositories
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends research competition and updates on global market trends. Work closely with Partners and other business units for larger growth interests
  • Responsible for reviewing and proofreading proposals, responses, and client presentations for quality, the cohesiveness of win themes, and accuracy of the content
  • Working with Account Managers for account mining activities
  • Develop Proof of Concepts, Solutions for market readiness
  • You will be working / collaborating with teams who may be geographically distributed, and sometimes include external providers
  • Mandatory Qualifications / Experience

  • Overall, 15+ years of experience in IT Industry
  • Minimum 7+ years in data warehousing & business intelligence projects
  • Should have done Delivery and pre-sales work for data & analytics group (7+ years)
  • Experience in agile delivery methods
  • Experience in effort estimation, pricing, project models, etc.
  • Consulting experience (client facing) is a must
  • Soft Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills in global and complex contexts
  • Able to work well across different sales teams and cultural backgrounds, covering multiple geographies across different verticals
  • Educational Qualifications

  • B-tech / BE / MCA or equivalent
