Ad Operations team (Ad Ops) in Bangalore will support Onboarding emerging markets on display activities World Wide. We are looking for a seasoned Advertising leader to grow the team in its implementation and efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced Advertising leader who will help us to scale the Advertiser Onboarding, marketing programs.
This person will be responsible for setting up the programs, hiring the relevant talent, mentoring the team on Advertising related initiatives and ensuring that the strategic goals set are met.
To do this, the person needs to have a deep understanding of our Advertising ecosystem, have Account-management / people-
management / Sales / Operational capabilities, strong Business acumen, as well as have the ability to drive inferences from data to identify opportunities and make decisions.
In addition to working closely with other client facing teams, this person will interact with product development, technical teams, business teams, advertisers and clients.
This leader will have to feel comfortable in an ambiguous environment of explosive growth, making fast paced decision using data and being able to both think at a high and detailed level.
Working with their teams, the leader should be able to :
Lead, and develop operational and creative teams that support Amazon advertisers globally
Anticipate the needs of advertisers and deliver solutions to exceed their expectations
Obsess over the end customer experience
Define and assess team performance against business objectives
Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and performance feedback to the team and managers
Deep understanding of Ad Serving technologies tools and campaign management workflows
Ability to attract and hire talent to meet business growth objectives
Ensure campaign fulfillment is meeting the highest standards
Liaise with Amazon global and managers to discuss work queue and team performance
Communicate appropriately with senior management, peers, and reports to share the right levels of transparency and detail up and down the organization.
Resource management and planning at the site level
Work effectively with other local leaders, HR and the Facilities team in Bangalore
Basic qualifications :
9+ years of management experience in an advertising operations
Leading an organization / function with multiple layers of managers
Experience and deep understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
High degree of English language skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the Advertising domain
Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
Preferred qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred; MBA is a plus
Six Sigma or similar qualification
Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster, Salesforce.com
Experience with design and / or managing creative teams
Experience in product management
