Purpose :

Work in primary and secondary packaging operations and operate machines as required to execute packaging jobs.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform primary packaging activities including Bottle filling and sealing, over encapsulation, inspection of tablets and capsules, and operating blister packing machine.
  • Perform secondary packaging activities like labelling on bottle or carton.
  • Maintain records and documents as per GMP standards and the defined SOPs and ensure that there is no deviation of the SOPs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machines and equipments.
  • Perform cleaning activity in primary and secondary room and cleaning of contact parts.
  • Candidate Requirement :

    Education & Experience levels :

  • ITI / Diploma Engineering
  • 0 to 2 years' experience in similar work will be preferred.
  • Nature of experience :

    Packaging and machine operations in pharmaceutical industry.

    Knowledge Required :

  • Basic understanding and technical knowhow of machines and equipments.
  • Skills & Abilities :

  • Ability to work on computer system and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Willingness to work in high pressure environment.
