Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving profitable sales and distribution (Numeric and Weighted) goals in the zone by
  • Ensuring a strong and stable network for CV Vertical and driving growth projects.
  • Responsible for achieving set targets of Turnover / Receivables.
  • Establish a good financial discipline across the network through a meticulous policy deployment, rigorous network expansion to fill the white spots.
  • Execution of Go2Market campaigns and trade marketing
  • Develop, lead and motivate the team and take necessary measures to build requisite competencies in the
  • Technical Understanding
  • Willingness for extensive travelling
  • Qualifications Required

  • B.E / B.Tech + MBA from Premier Institutes with 6 -9 yrs of experience
  • 5 or more Years Work Experience in Automotive Aftermarket
  • Knowledge and Experience of Sales Function
  • Good Communication and Entrepreneur / Leadership Skills
  • Knowledge of Excel / Word etc.
  • Experience of handling Zonal Team of 4 to 5 numbers
  • Good knowledge and experience on Retail network
  • Willingness to travel extensively
