Responsible for achieving profitable sales and distribution (Numeric and Weighted) goals in the zone by
Ensuring a strong and stable network for CV Vertical and driving growth projects.
Responsible for achieving set targets of Turnover / Receivables.
Establish a good financial discipline across the network through a meticulous policy deployment, rigorous network expansion to fill the white spots.
Execution of Go2Market campaigns and trade marketing
Develop, lead and motivate the team and take necessary measures to build requisite competencies in the
Willingness for extensive travelling
B.E / B.Tech + MBA from Premier Institutes with 6 -9 yrs of experience
5 or more Years Work Experience in Automotive Aftermarket
Knowledge and Experience of Sales Function
Good Communication and Entrepreneur / Leadership Skills
Knowledge of Excel / Word etc.
Experience of handling Zonal Team of 4 to 5 numbers
Good knowledge and experience on Retail network
Willingness to travel extensively
