Proactively & reactively involve in resolution of issues at Network / customer end
Deploy ways & means to achieve outage free Network & minimum TTR in case of outages
Analyzes network logs, troubleshoot, and tracks the incident and resolution of problems.
Be a bridget between L1, L2 teams & NOC team
Should be an independent Technical Resource who is self-driven. Will only have adminstrative reporting.
Configure and install router, switches and firewalls.
Performing detailed analysis of plans, outages
Prepares and maintains documentation of network configurations.
Evaluate, test, and install new network hardware, software and services.
Establish backup policies and procedures.
Escalation procedures, policies and working practices are adhered to
Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and / or equivalent Mikrotik certifications are highly desirable
Strong TCP / IP routing skills, i.e. routers, switches, firewalls and network monitoring systems
Knowledge on application performance monitors and network analyzers.
Working Knowledge on Network Monitoring Systems and IPSLAs, NETFLOWS etc.,
Expert level knowledge in Cisco / Huawei / Mikrotik Technology and willing to work on shift basis.
