Business Development Profile Job Description : - To acquire new clients and working on emerging opportunities in global market.

  • Candidate must have previous experience of bidding IT Web Development / Mobile App Development projects on Freelancing sites like Upwork / Freelancer / Guru etc.
  • Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.- Must have exposure dealing with international clients.- Similar industry experience is add on.
  • Strong in communication and presentation skill.- Apart from salary this job attracts incentives and benefits on successful win.
  • Job Responsibilities : - Generating Business leads and develops client relationship from online Bidding Portals, social networking (like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ etc.

    cold calling etc.- Coordinate with the international clients through Skype chat and Skype / phone call.- Develop Sales plan for Monthly / Quarterly and Yearly basis.

  • Should be target oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time.- Generate leads from various source like Social Media, Campaigns etc.
  • and work on them till closure.- Generate Marketing / Sales collateral.- Make Social Media strategy to promote and get new Business.

  • Manage the entire business development team- Responsible for team targets and team handling.
