The Issuer Loyalty Cardholder Services team is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive our digital strategy to ensure all cardholders have awareness of their relevant, personalized benefits inclusive of travel and non-travel benefits, as well as insurances.
Moreover that these benefits are redeemed and delivered seamlessly driving consumer engagement and Mastercard preference.
Role In this customer-centric position, you will :
Own delivery for one or more major functional areas of our platform.
Work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery, ensuring all teams are delivering in a coordinated manner
Track and manage manifest definitions, release integration, timing, scope and delivery
Provide ongoing updates (with data) on the state of delivery
