Develop and stabilize good and meaningful relationship with consultants, doctors, International / VIP Patients, International business partners & Facilitators.
End to end international patient coordination.
Respond to queries raised from Embassies, international and VIP Patients within the given TAT.
Responsible for inside sales support for queries & patients from the international market.
Interdepartmental & Inter-Hospital coordination of international sales activities.
Following up on sales leads, review & liaison for incoming queries.
Communicating with customers (patients & healthcare facilitators) both in person & in writing.
Liaison with Key contacts in Embassies & with all Healthcare Facilitators to drive international business.
