The Opportunity :
BC Examinations and English Services India Pvt. Ltd.is hiring Manager Exams Customer Services for their Gurgaon Office. The post holder will support the delivery of UK examinations in India centres and enable the British Council to achieve its objectives by managing and regularly monitoring the quality of services provided by exams customer service team in India.
The post holder will work on ways to provide proactive, accurate and timely information to customers and working closely with the Exams teams and the India contact centre.
Applicants should have Graduate degree in any discipline and at least 2 years experience in customer service role.
