In 2002, the IT division expanded to include Investment Banking, and the back office operations were launched in 2004.

Drive the change towards industry best practices within the application team, from both technical and organisational perspectives.

Assist SG GSC teams in optimizing their delivery process, mainly from a technical point of view mainly through continuous delivery channels
