The job holder contributes to the deployment of the Quality System needed for TSP, ensures that processes are defined, implemented and monitored in accordance with quality standards including regulatory (EASA, AA...)
The job holder guarantees that TSP deliverables are compliant with Customers quality and regulatory requirements before delivery to Customer.
The job holder guarantees that TSP deliverables are compliant with Airbus Quality Standards by continuous surveillance of adherence to process, procedures and operation documents
The job holder contributes to activities for improving performance & deliverables of TSP, internally and towards suppliers.
As required, participate in Surveillance of TSP local Suppliers.
B. Main activities
Contribute to updating of TSP Interface manual and develop local operating rules, ensuring compliance with quality, contractual and regulatory requirements
Develop initial and recurrent training program for the FHS-TSP team, including awareness on regulations.
Develop a TSP yearly surveillance program on TSP local team activities and deliverables
Perform internal surveillance plans, issue relevant report, and monitor non-conformity up to closure.
Analyze adherence assessment and results from surveillance plans and takes part in reviews to propose improvements.
Provide advice to local TSP team on regulatory issues such as acceptability of Airworthiness Release Documentation (specifically when components are procured from the customer) during incoming inspection and participates to the definition of relevant action plan
Provide reporting requested by Customer on TSP services delivery performance and improvement plan
Perform Quality investigations upon TSP Director, HO Quality or Customer request. Quality investigations may look at internal, supplier or customer activities
Inputs on processes and procedures mapped and issued in accordance with Airbus methodology and integrating quality and regulatory requirements.
Organize Training as per training plan of TSP local team.
Yearly surveillance plans (internal) and relevant reports including non- conformities monitoring
Customer complaints analysis, root cause and action plan.
Internal Issue / Problem solution support analysis, root cause and action plan.
Records and Archiving of assessment reports.
D. Organization Structure
The jobholder has an operational reporting line to TSP Director, being functionally responsible to Head of Quality
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Competences required :
Experience of Aeronautical engineering in particular in the domain of aircraft operation and maintenance including :
Experience in aviation maintenance organization and / or Experience in aircraft Continuing airworthiness management task,
Knowledge of EASA Part-M & Part-145 and India CAR-M & CAR-145.
Experience in Quality Management System including :
Knowledge of EN / AS9100 standards and / or ISO 9001, o Auditor / Assessor qualification,
Supplier Qualification and Surveillance,
Having deployed a Quality Management System related to aircraft maintenance and / or continuing airworthiness,
Establishment and deployment of surveillance plan,
Knowledge and deployment of practical problem solving methods.
