What will your job look like?
You will assess current status against desired end state using relevant assessment practices
You will Initiate process improvement and methodologies / processes / services / measurements through the entire lifecycle based on Amdocs Quality Best Practices & Policies based on Division / Unit needs
You will deliver Quality & OE Professional Services for both internal and external customers
You will lead E2E comprehensive process improvement efforts and corporate level projects
You will analyze measurements and audit results, and present insights to Amdocs management
You will develop standards, practices and tools based on domain expertise
You will represent and position Amdocs as an OE industry leader

Promote and lead Service Management Operational Excellence and quality at Corporate IT level while implementing Amdocs and industry best practices.
Act as a facilitator for IT Service Management processes
Work with the tools such as Service Now, vmware, for Capacity and Knowledge Management process
Excellent hands on experience in Service Now reporting
Any scripting knowledge would be an added advantage
Should have good knowledge of cloud technology and best practices
Should have experience in managing dashboards in BI tools, such as Tableau, Power Bi
Knowledge and proven experience in Agile methodologies
Work with the Service Owners for process gaps and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken
Assist the Manager in creation of IT Management reports and score cards
Implement Machine Learning and AI capabilities for IT Service Management and enhancement of IT services provided to internal and external customers (primarily internal)
Delivers ITSM & OE Professional Services by measuring the process KPIs and taking the necessary corrective actions when required
Identify and diagnose capacity and process issues and provide consulting services as needed
Must have excellent people management skills
Represents and positions Amdocs as an OE industry leader (e.g., participating in professional forums and conferences, engages in meetings with customers, etc.)
Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them
Guide teams to help them stay on track with ITSM techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met
