Responsibilities : Provide data analysis and support for all teams under Operations. Drive efficiency in operational processes across the region.
Support the Operations Head with reporting and administration. Recognize bottlenecks and develop strategic solutions to eliminate inefficiencies.
Liaising with Cross Functional Teams to ensure effective roll out of Operational Initiatives. Managing Vendors and Tracking Operational Compliance.
In conjunction with the Operations Head, monitor and maintain Quality Assurance and Control. Document new Standards or process flows.
Liaise with relevant teams to ensure that standards and processes are practical to market needs and are being properly implemented.
Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure effective roll out of operational initiatives. Document process flows and create market relevant procedure manuals.
Gather insights from CRM Tool, and work with the Operations Head to define best practices. Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Process Flow Manuals, Checklists, Budgeting, Spreadsheet Dashboards, and various Operational Documents.
Requirements : Bachelor's / Master's Degree required with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Facilities, Supply-Chain, Business Operations, or any process driven role.
Google Suit with strong knowledge in Spreadsheets and CRMs. Organised and self-motivated with a creative mindset. Strong process and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem solving skills. Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
Extremely detail oriented. Ability to work well under pressure.
