Design and developmentof software applications in c# and WPF or Xamarin.
Experienced on workingon the unit testing frameworks (MsTest, XUnit, etc)
Skilled in breaking downproblems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
Ability to takeownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring andhelping team members.
Has the ability toanalyze impact of technology choices.
Helps drive pairprogramming practices and code reviews across the team.
Demonstrates awarenessor product positioning and key differentiators.
Expert in writing codethat meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technologyselected for the project.
Demonstrates theinitiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solvingproblems.
Skilled in core datastructures and algorithms and implements them using appropriate chosenlanguage.
Promotes transparency byproactively sharing design choices with appropriate audience
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering andMath)
A minimum of 7+ years ofprofessional experience
Good Knowledge on Object Oriented Analysis andDesign, Design Patterns.
Desired Characteristics :
Preferably have HPHTexperience
Experience in Cased HoleCompletions would be an advantage
