Minimum 8+ years of work experience in Technology (application development and production support).
Experience leading teams and mentoring and coaching developers to build a high performance team
Ability to drive technical solutions for the business problems and co-ordinate with the team members to achieve them.
Hands on knowledge in Big Data technologies like Apache Spark, Scala and Hive
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
8+ years of significant experience in application development using Java, Oracle, SQL Server, Hibernate and Swing.
Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-oriented development.
Knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
Understanding of product versioning, packaging and deployment
Coach and mentor the team.
Ability to lead from the Front.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with working on Databricks platform
Experience with AWS cloud solutions is a great advantage
Experience with Agile and Scrum a plus.
Experience with Continuous Integration.
Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL a plus.
Cloud experience is a big plus.
