Roles and Responsibility

Banking process for reputed Bank with chat support

This role will be Responsible for handling the customer's inquiry related to their bank accounts, credit

card and other banking products.

Handling chat, collecting and updating the database.

Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation

Improvement and quality assurance programs

Good command over Written English and verbal communication

6 days working and 1 day rotational week off.

One way cab post between 7 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM

Desired Candidate

Minimum 1 year of chat experience in BPO industry.

Good spoken English and Writing Skills.

Computer literate e.g. Word, Internet Explorer

Professional & Courteous in mannerisms

Good comprehension skills

Ability to liaise with customers at all levels

Ability to handle and resolve complex customer issues
