Increasing level of autonomy and network connectivity has resulted in the demand of new generation in-vehicle networking technology using Automotive Ethernet.
Marvell is the global leader in the development of Automotive Ethernet products such as PHYs and Switches. When you join us, you get to work with a team of expert verification engineers who have successfully verified over 25 mass-production chips.
You will enhance our verification environment and methodologies to meet the critical automotive requirements. These requirements include functional safety, Time Sensitive Networking (TSN), and traceability.
Job Responsibilities Use latest tools and advanced verification methodology such as UVM to develop environment to verify Automotive Ethernet Switches.
Develop verification plans and employ coverage-driven, constrained random tests using SystemVerilog to catch design bugs.
Work with verification architects to develop test benches and create predictor C models to verify the functionality of Ethernet Switches.
Participate in improving the verification methodology. Debugging simulation mismatches on advanced networking standards, Time-Sensitive Network (TSN) protocols such as IEEE 1588 (Precision Time Protocol) and IEEE 802.
1Qbu (Preemption). Participate in activities related to Automotive Processes and Traceability. Assist in improving workflows.
Requirements Masters Degree in Electronics / Electrical or related fields (such as Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Control and Automation) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in SystemVerilog, HDL languages and Object Oriented Programming languages such as C . Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Make.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Keen interest in innovation / technology and keeping up to date with latest technology updates in Automotive Ethernet.
Flexible, proactive and result oriented. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work as individual contributor as well as a team player.
