Sales and Collection target achievement brand wise / product wise / territory wise / dealer wise in accordance with guidelines of the BRANCH MANAGER to achieve Business Plan Targets and Management Goals for 2015.
2.Position Objectives :
a) Sales Achievement : Sales target achievement for the assigned territory / area as per Business Plan
b) Dealer Management & Network Expansion :
Providing complete assistance to the Direct Dealers and AWDs within the assigned territory to ensure secondary sales movement.
Ensuring that the Customers-Dealers are served for their requirements in the quickest time to ensure Dealer Satisfaction particularly in issues pertaining to customer service, logistics, commercials etc.
Identifying new markets / dealers and trade opportunities for expanding the Channel Network. Report trade partners grievances / complaints to Branch Manager for timely help / solutions & action plan
c) Model Mix Availability : Ensure model mix availability at dealer outlets through Sales Forecasting
d) AR, Stock, RTGS : Dealer / AWD trend tracking & analysis, network loss tracking analysis & taking corrective action fornetwork expansion / correction with equal focus on brands & products.
Tracking & controlling AR aging & proposing corrective action plan
e) Journey Cycle Plan JCP / GPS : Ensure GPS usage for greater focus on increased channel relationship & management
f) Weekly Performance Review Meetings with BM : Must ensure weekly performance review meetings with BM on : Weekly Sales, collection, AR trend, Dealer visits, JCP
Support Activities :
a) Network Expansion : Control of Sales distribution plan through dealer network expansion / correction plan. Brand-wiseproduct-wise sales tracking.
b) Branch Marketing Activities Execution : Proper product positioning & display, availability & display of POPmaterials / display scheme at dealers outlet as per defined guidelines.
Responsible for successful execution of all branch marketing activities as per BTL calendar, Local Events & Promotion compliance.
Highlight ISDs performance regularly.
c) Inventory Tracking & Control Overdue : Inventory tracking, support & aging analysis; tracking & controlling overdueoutstanding
d) No BBND (Billed but not Delivered) : Q uick clearance of all pending deliveries. Ensuring daily billing is done at branchesfor controlling / Nil BBND
e) Product Benchmarking : Tracking and benchmarking of product development in sync with competition
f) Sales Activation Plan : Local promotional activities including Dealer Meets, Brand Positioning & other BTL activities
g) Effective coordination : with REGIONAL MANAGER, BRANCH MANAGER, Service, Commercial, Logistics, Marketing toavoid surprises to channelize decisions & ensure mission accomplishment as a team.
