Selection of Vendor for component (Casting) development based on process involved.
Knowledge about price negotiations

Strong organizational, project management, capacity management and planning skills within current role, with the ability to execute efficiently and effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
Effective decision making skills and the problem solving ability.
Ability to multitask in challenging situations

Should possess excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to co-ordinate with multiple departments and individuals simultaneously
Can work with big databases and is comfortable in understanding as well as interpreting numeric data across different dimensions.
