Systems Engineer - Requirements Management.

Join our innovating Drilling Services team

Our remote drilling team is responsible for real-time support to our global customers. This includes controlling remote jobs, technical support, and other service requests.

The team is always looking for further improvements in processes, procedures, and ways of working.

Collaborate with dynamic and cross-functional teams

As a Systems Engineer, you are working in a multi-disciplinary project team within our product development department and will work closely together with the respective project managers.

You are responsible for the requirements- and systems analysis, elaboration of use cases and test cases, as well as development of architecture and specifications for software- and mechatronic systems.

As a Systems Engineer - Requirements Management, you will be responsible for :

  • Supporting projects in setting up the requirement structure using global configurations, streams, and common requirement modules.
  • Administering of Doors Next environment, managing of user roles & rights. Define KPIs and generate reports in DOORS Next.
  • Standardizing of development processes, workflows, and tool chains; establishing of best practices.
  • Collecting, elaborating, and managing of system and component requirements.
  • Analyzing of requirements and their impact on system architecture and design.
  • Elaborating of high-level system architecture (functional and logical), use cases, and test cases.
  • Supporting system integration and system test activities.

    To be successful in this role you will :

  • Have Master's or Bachelor's in Systems Engineering; Electrical; Mechanical or similar from reputed universities.
  • Have experience in systems engineering and requirements engineering in a mechatronic environment.
  • Have experience with DOORS Next and knowledge in Widget development for Doors Next.
  • Have experience in software- or function development using model-based design, e.g. with MATLAB / Simulink
  • Have knowledge of systems modelling languages : SysML, UML as well as MBSE tools such as Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, Doors, Polarion.
  • Have experience with test methods, procedures, and tools
