Responsibilities :

  • You will be responsible for handling social media and public relations for redBus India and all brand marketing activities such as ATL, BTL and, digital for redBus in Singapore and Malaysia markets.
  • Create social media calendars and execute day to day posts and campaigns by sharing engaging content, videos and, images.
  • Be the voice of the brand on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Quora and other engaging social media platforms.
  • Work with other team members to plan out the content calendar, conceptualize large and small campaigns.
  • Keep a close eye on popular culture, online trends doing the rounds on social media and create relevant and engaging brand love moments online.
  • Channelize the strength of internal design team, filmmakers and external agencies to bring your ideas to life.
  • Liais on with the creative / digital agency to create engaging marketing collateral for email marketing, below-the-line media requirements and on-
  • ground activation, social media campaigns, product marketing.

  • Create, manage, own and execute monthly communication calendar for redBus to acquire new users and increase retention in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Proactively coming up with innovative, low-cost marketing / creative strategies that have a direct visible impact on sales.
  • Establish long-term relationships with student community bodies, suppliers, vendors etc.
  • Evaluate and execute ATL marketing strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic PR programs to achieve a significant increase in brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Public Relation agency to identify key media outlets to increase brand visibility across media channels.
  • Organize promotional events like press conferences / visits.
  • Analyze media coverage on a regular basis.
  • Prepare content for contributed articles, advertorials, interviews on behalf of the company for print media.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders within the organization for internal communication and messaging.
  • Requirements :

  • Post Graduate with specialization in Marketing.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Post Graduate with specialization in Marketing.
  • Highly resourceful and individual contributor.
  • Good command over the English language and its usage on social media is a big plus.
  • Previous creative agency / start-up experience in Internet E-Commerce.
  • Must love travel.
  • Active on social media.
