Purpose & Overview
The responsibility of the Stores & Omni-Channel programmer analyst is to provide technology solutions for projects and daily support.
The Programmer Analyst ensures adherence to current standards and maintains a commitment to high quality development, testing and implementations.
This individual will remain current and relevant with emerging technologies.

Store & Omni-Channel support activities : (not all inclusive) Research and Resolution of defectsParticipation in rotational 24x7x365 on call support activities Support during business emergencies from start to finish with ability to manage follow-up activitiesProactive monitoring of integration points between systemsCreation of detailed technical documentationIdentification and elimination of recurring problems
Store & Omni-Channel initiatives (enhancements or project) : (not all inclusive) Assist in the technical evaluation, design, integration implementation and support of projectsParticipate in the gathering of functional requirementsAbility to assist in defining technical scope and tasks into an overall project planAbility to provide sound technology solutions to existing issues or new capabilitiesResponsible for development, unit testing and support of customer solutionsCreate detailed documentation

Customer Interaction skills : (not all inclusive) Ability to explain technical aspects of a solution to a non-technical audienceBuilds and maintains partnership with internal and external customers.

4-year degree in Information Systems or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience.
Ability to work in a very fast-paced, marketing-driven, multi-task environment.
Flexibility is a must to support our customers 24x7x365, where extended hours may be necessary
In-depth understanding of system integration issues associated with enterprise systems and best practice methods for overcoming these issues.
Excellent problem determination and resolution solving skills regarding all technical aspects of the various systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with senior members of the team.
At a minimum the below experience : 1-3 years Java experienceExperience in Agile implementation methodologies. Web and Application server knowledge such as WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, Jetty.
Experience with Maven & Git. Store application development experience,Oracle POS preferred.
