  • Engineering Graduate. Candidate with additional Management degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 Years Work Experience in Sales in Elevator industry, Engineering / Capital Equipments.
  • Experience in handing Corporate Real Estate Customers.
  • Generating enquiries and finalization of orders, Contract Management, Supporting sales function, forecasting and target setting.
  • Meeting customers, architects and consultants to assess their requirements, Developing and increasing customer base in Turnkey contractors and Govt Customer business..
  • Understanding product strategy & market trend for allotted territory.
  • Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, keeping customer informed, updated and equipped with product development and literature.
  • Market survey, knowing competitors, generating and attending new inquiries, preparing sales negotiation data sheet.
  • Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal & attending negotiation meeting.
  • Follow up on proposals and tenders, Negotiation and finalizing of orders, Processing of orders received.
  • Achieving annual Sales targets.
  • Co-ordinating SIP (Sales-Installation) meetings.
