Good proficiency in both Reading and Spoken in English, Hindi with 1 Regional Language.
Pleasant conversation, Listening to the customer (patient) and responding appropriately.
Adhering to the prescribed Call schedules and call scripts, Documentation and completing all scheduled calls.
Improving the engagement quality basis the feedback given by Manager.
Completing the administrative tasks and reports as required.
Documentation, MIS as per SOP.
Qualification & Experience : Graduate with aptitude and willingness to learn, 6 Months-1 year experience in Inbound / Outbound CC.
