  • Your Role :

    We are looking for a System Engineer to join a fast-moving, Support team responsible for the health and welfare of our most valuable assets, our people! Reporting to the People Operations Manager in the US, this role will be focused on ensuring we take a white-glove approach when it comes to taking care of our People's requests.

  • Working with an International team and gaining exposure on how to support people from over 20 states and 2 countries!
  • Ensuring our people and their families have piece-of-mind when it comes to their welfare and support.
  • What Lands You This Role :

  • Great communication skills (written and verbal) to be an IT representative and support for the incoming of new employees in US database tool
  • Should be comfortable for working in night shift
  • Executes white-glove approach to IT support including set up and coordination across computers
  • Maintains all IT related assets to ensure we comply with security compliance rules, documents, policies, and procedures
  • Fosters good communication with employees to promote employee satisfaction
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling meetings for ongoing IT ticket support and license provisioning
  • System Engineer (Evening) will act as the single point of contact to the Customer / users for all IT related requirements during Nightshift
  • Responsible for attending all incidents, service requests landing at the Service Desk via the Tool, Mail & Telephone and also to create tickets on SD as well
  • Basic Knowledge of Windows Server Administration
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in terms of Mac, Windows operating systems, Laptop & Desktops
  • OEM / Vendor Coordination

  • Knowledge of Patch / OS Management
