Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new corporates for corporate salary and increase salary penetration of bank’s share in corporates having multiple banking relationship
  • Managing existing relationships & deepening in the empaneled corporate accounts
  • Liaising with major Corporates for seeking required permission to conduct employee
  • engagement activities for the corporates being managed

  • Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks, and world class
  • service experience for customers

  • Personally get involved in the acquisition of Sr Mgmt. / Mid Mgmt. accounts within an empaneled corporate
  • Constantly look for new innovative ways to increase salary account share in
  • empaneled relationships

  • Ensure profitability of the corporate portfolio through effective cross sell to the customers
  • Achieve month on month new corporate on-boarding / empanelment target, number of a / cs target, upload target and cross sale target.
  • People Management- Handle a 4- 6 team of Relationship Officers and get them to perform and deliver at their best
