The purpose of the Execution Lead role is to partner with brands, agencies and internal partners to ensure quality, speed, value and compliance throughout the Customer Information Materials Lifecycle.

The Execution Lead is expected to be a creative problem solver who supports achievement of the brand’s goals while always seeking ways to apply the process in a more effective manner.

The Execution Lead is responsible for limiting distractions and eliminating unnecessary costs by rightsizing inventory and ensuring the execution of the track and withdraw process for promotional materials in accordance with CIQ.

Key Objectives / Deliverables :

Know Lilly’s processes, brand strategies and tactics, and support resources

  • Understand Lilly’s culture, organizational structure, roles and practices
  • Have knowledge of Lilly’s products and services, associated brand strategies and disease states
  • Demonstrate high-level knowledge of tactic design, production and fulfillment processes
  • Show knowledge of systems, software and tools
  • Understand inventory locations and associated suppliers’ structure and processes
  • Have a thorough understating of Lilly's Quality processes and must be capable of understanding and applying these processes and requirements when executing their role
  • Ensure quality, speed, value and compliance throughout the Customer Information Materials Lifecycle
  • Serve as Operations team contact / expert on destruction (track and withdraw), re-approval, reorders, inventory and Responsible Party

  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve inventory-destruction process
  • Consult with the brand on inventory quantities, order intervals and service
  • levels
  • Problem-solve inventory fulfillment issues
  • Actively participate in deviation investigations and contribute to continuous
  • improvement efforts, as role dictates
  • Serve as functional expert in area regarding tactic assignment to field sales codes / territories
  • Limit distractions and eliminate unnecessary costs by rightsizing inventory

  • Support label changes
  • Assist marketing to facilitate reorders, re-approvals and tactic destruction
  • Maintain Active List quality / accuracy
  • Manage promotional material push shipments when needed
  • Proactively conduct Optimize Tactic Utilization and Management (OTUM) reviews with brands to identify low-use / no-use materials on Active List and remove from inventory before expiration
  • Assist Operations team with coordination of all internal and / or external audits
