Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all the facilities are in place in office premises Keeping a regular check on all the requirements of different departments.
  • Organise and manage personal records of every employee.
  • Developing a systematic report.
  • Ensure hiring of right candidates whenever required.
  • Assist payroll department by providing correct employee information.
  • Requirements :

  • Should be willing to stretch and be part of new initiatives / projects around innovation.
  • Organisational skills with an ability to priorities works.
  • Be creative and imaginative.
  • Should be multitasking and open for learning new things.
  • Effective English communication and writing skills.
  • Highly patience.
  • Skilled in MS Office, MS Word is desirable.
  • Proactive in responding to multiple vendors.
