Responsibilities :

  • Identifies and proposes potential solar business by contacting prospects and explores opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluation options, resolving internal priorities.
  • Close new business.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets & customer needs, Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, Promote the company's products / services addressing.
  • A keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising marketing activities and accelerating the business growth, Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations for business development.
  • Achieve growth & sales targets as per the budget.
  • Identify new clients by developing new sales strategy & business development for region.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Maintain good relationship & retention of existing clients with smooth services.
  • Present sales, revenue & expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team through BD MIS & analysis.
  • Requirements :

  • B.E / MBA from a good institute with 2-5 years of experience in similar assignments in solar Rooftop segment.
  • IT Skills.
  • Computer literacy well versed with, MS.
  • Office, Internet and Email.
  • Poitive attitude with goal oriented approach .
  • Should be reliable & presentable.
  • Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships.
  • Sales oriented, strong presentation with can do' and want do' attitude.
  • Own Bike & Smart phone is mandatory.
