Country Manager, Oracle Academy

The Country Manager will be responsible forall aspects of the management of the Oracle Academy program in their country includingmarketing and outreach, program growth and retention, training adoption and thedevelopment of strategic partnerships and projects.


As a member of the Oracle Academy global team,the Country Manager will promote Oracle Academy Indiaat an FTEof 100 % (as agreed with Oracle Academy and the local Oracle Country Manager).This role will be based in India

·Recruit new Oracle Academymembers, and work with the Oracle Academy Member Services team to retainexisting Oracle Academy members.

·Develop and implement strategicprojects to deepen Oracle Academy impact in India

·Identify, develop and managestrategic partnerships with government organizations (MoE's), universities andother recognised education and partner organizations to facilitate OracleAcademy program marketing, training adoption and growth.

·Develop a go to market plan fortheir designated territories which reflects the current education landscapealigned to the Oracle Academy program offerings.

·Provide regular updates andreports to the Oracle Academy, Regional Director including use of CRM tool.

·Communicate with key internalOracle personnel (Cross LOB) to increase awareness of the Oracle Academy programofferings and goals, including sales and pre-sales staff, Oracle Universitystaff, alliances & channels staff, and local country management.

·Collect and document anecdotalfeedback from members, prospective members, and partners and develop country –widemarketing and recruitment campaigns to promote the Oracle Academy benefits tothe education sector.

·Upon request, provide (currentand future) market intelligence to the Marketing, Member Services, and AcademyProgram Development teams.

·Upon request, lead cross-team,global projects to develop marketing assets, campaigns and collateral

·Identify and develop trainingdemand and create training plans per country or partnership in association withthe Oracle Academy curriculum and training team.

·Manage and run all promotionaland recruitment events.

·Maintain general knowledge ofall Oracle Academy policies, reporting and processes.

·Manage local Oracle AcademyMarketing budget.

·Identify PR opportunities forthe Oracle Academy and work with local PR managers and the Oracle AcademyRegional Director to secure approvals for these opportunities in social andprint media.
