Strong Understanding of Customer Business Operations for Software Services or Sales / Service Industry
Experience in Supporting Cloud based products will be preferred
Experience in using Customer Support portal
Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people
Development of Implementation plan & strategy to ensure time bound implementations
Maintain accurate records of all Customer related activities
Create and conduct customized Customer Training and Demos
Interaction with Engineering team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests
Problem-solving skills & good interpersonal skills
Very solid communication skills
Works with minimal direction on strategic and technical issues
Able to handle tough situations independently,
