Job Description

We are looking for highly talented and high performing Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team testing cloud host products in the after-sales service business.

As an SDET, you will work directly work with our high-performance, SaaS product scrum teams in a fast-paced, collaborative, B2B environment.

You will help our engineering teams create world class software by contributing to and expanding our testing practices involving automated functional and performance tests.

We have a distributed and services-based architecture across technologies covering data processing, machine learning and the front-end, where code is delivered rapidly.

Test and deployment automation are critical to our success, and we are looking for an experienced SDET to help us deliver quickly.

You will need to be able to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Product Management teams, and should be proactive, self-motivated and committed to ensuring our software is up to the high standards expected by our customers before it is released.


  • Creating automated tests within different levels (Contract Based Testing, Integration, Functional, Performance etc.)
  • Coordinating with developers and stakeholders to ensure proper definition of stories and appropriate coverage
  • Defining test scenarios and strategies for complex backend architectures
  • Exploring new testing approaches and writing POC's to test out within the company
  • Personal development in Software Development and Quality Assurance
  • Requirements

  • Experience as QA Engineer in an agile environment
  • Practical knowledge of Python / Golang and it’s implementations for test framework design
  • Skills and experience in setting up a test automation framework
  • Working knowledge of Docker
  • Familiarity with API testing using any tools or custom automation
  • Hands On experience with CI pipelines / tools (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, CircleCI etc.)
  • Apart from technical skills the candidate should have...

  • Be able to adapt quickly to fast-paced environment
  • Have self-reliance and the capacity to prioritize day-to-day tasks
  • Champion quality by being an active communicator, cooperating with the different moving parts of the team
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience testing within a microservices architecture
  • Experience testing AI / ML based software
  • Experience testing on the Cloud environments (e.g. AWS)
  • Knowledge in the areas of performance / load testing
  • Some knowledge of the different AWS tools / resources (e.g. AWS Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, ECS, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
  • Familiarity with container orchestration frameworks (e.g. AWS ECS, Kubernetes)
  • Job Experience Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in automation framework design and QA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creating test plans and effective test case writing
