This position isresponsible for Efficiently manage the therapy area by effectively reaching out tocustomers. Also responsible for Customer Focus and have industry knowledge andSchedule and plan the frequency of calls and personally visit the targeteddoctors as per agreed coverage list.
Call on the Chemists, wholesalers as the case may be to track in-marketsales of the products, booking of orders to ensure timely and adequateavailability of products to meet market demand.
Key Responsibilities : The activities will include but are not limited to :
Imbibe the product related features / benefitsincluding scientific information thereto, so as to effectively communicate withthe medical doctors and handle product related customer queries
Utilize customer focused selling techniques(CSSP), continually assessing the knowledge of the customer and strategize tomaintain high customer confidence and customer knowledge of companyproducts.
Maintain current, approved protocol (CSSP) andpromotional materials to be included in sales presentation / detailing.
Contactcustomers on regular basis and deliver informative sales presentations based oncustomers need.
Explore opportunities to develop new businessin the assigned therapy area.
Achieve and exceed the sales targets on aconsistent basis through effective implementation of the sales promotionstrategies and scientific initiatives.
Constantly update the knowledge of disease andproduct area so as to facilitate scientific discussion with stakeholders toenhance productivity levels as expected by the Company.
Carry out Product Visibility and suchancillary or incidental activities related to the Products of the Company orProducts of any other Company as may be decided from time to time, inaccordance with any arrangement or agreement entered into by the Company withsuch other Company.
Explore opportunities to develop new businessavenues for assigned therapy area and territory.
Tactically plans to generate tertiary demandgeneration.
Plans and executes field working as perapproved tour programs and reports into data management system at regular intervals as per company expectations.
Takes follow-up initiatives on feedback andcustomer service requirements.
Handles special product campaigns, new productlaunch campaigns as per Company’s plans.
Covers the Nursing homes, clinics andhospitals as per agreed coverage requirements.
Assists in the collection of receivables, asper company policy.
Work collectively with other team colleaguesin arranging speakers, displays, special programs and CMEs to meet theeducational needs of customers.

Bachelor'sdegree ( Science domain) & MBApreferred
