As a Technical Recruiter - VMS with TA Digital, you will partner with some of the industry's premier digital solutions and business leaders.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers for contingent workforce solutions as part of our Talent Acquisitions team.

You are responsible for Full Cycle recruiting predominately through a Vendor Management System (VMS). Sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for open positions and submitting to the VMS tool for consideration by our MSP clients .

Who You Are :

  • You have a history of VMS / MSP recruiting strategy, process and fulfillment with a diverse list of clients in North America.
  • Solid understanding of the Digital Transformation eco-space with recruiting experience for platforms such as : Adobe, Coveo, Magento, Hybris, Sitecore, Elastic Path etc
  • Solid foundations in recruiting for Technical, Engineering & Operations
  • Recruits qualified candidates through the use of direct recruiting, social media / web research, referrals, and networking.
  • Conducts in-depth interviews with recruited candidates throughout the week and maintains and active pipeline of candidates.
  • Assists candidates though the onboarding processes, ensuring that they complete all necessary screening, documentation required by internal HR and client hiring authorities
  • Educates both clients and associates on how to enter their time Logs activities into the system
  • You extend offers, close candidates and document results to further improve the offer acceptance rate
  • Requirements

  • 3+ year of experience as a recruiter with 2+ years in VMS / MSP environment
  • 3+ years of experience using social platforms as talent databases and experience using Internet recruiting methods, including sourcing products and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with IT (Java, C#), AEM, Coveo, Product Engineering and Support roles preferred
  • Excellent desktop computer skills, especially in MS Office
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to support primary US work hours thus 8 pm 4 am IST Monday - Friday
