izmocars is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team of 120+ CGI & Post Production Artists based in Bangalore.
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the following :
Operations plan for meeting the post production requirements of various product teams
Staff planning, Budget Management (Labor, Hardware Costs etc).
Lead daily planning meetings, assign job responsibilities and manage team leads
Capacity planning, hiring to meet growing needs, creating contingency plans to meet rapidly changing priorities
Set production goals for all teams and ensure resources are available to meet targets
Implement standards and processes to achieve quality output and create a culture of Quality First
Key job responsibilities
Owning operational performance of post production teams across various disciplines
Long-term capacity, workforce and workflow planning for production teams
Planning and overseeing the flow of product and virtual assets through all stages of the studio workflow
Utilizing systems / data to ensure efficient planning for product that requires imaging; remove roadblocks and redefine workflows to meet or exceed operational goals
Contributing kaizen / lean methodology expertise and driving a culture of continuous improvement; lead worldwide initiatives to improve operational performance
Collecting and analyzing data and testing solutions for process improvements and new initiatives
Regularly reporting key productivity and quality metrics to stakeholders; partnering with Operational Excellence to continually improve metrics
Implementing studio-wide safety programs including disaster preparedness
Providing daily supervision as well as mentoring, training, development and performance management of Post Production Operations team;
Ensures creation of robust training and process documentation
Previous operational leadership experience in a high volume commercial studio, advertising agency, or fulfillment center.
Proficiency using multiple platforms and software to create / measure productivity and other operational metrics
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, preferably with LEAN or Six Sigma methodology
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization, planning and task delegation under tight deadlines
Experience successfully leading teams / functions through change
Strong project management skills
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
