Business goals :
The Allocation Analyst will ensure optimal store inventory levels to maximize sales, margin and inventory productivity. Responsible for the execution of inventory plans based on the location plan at both the channel and store level.
The Allocation Analyst is responsible for the deployment of product to support these plans, and for reacting, on a weekly basis to the in-season sales forecast and inventory trends.
Responsible for implementation of the in-season localized merchandise plans and the timely allocation of product out to stores.
Ability to quantitatively analyze results, translate and communicate findings back to leadership in order to influence the decision making process.
Partner with Merchant / Planning team to understand product and allocation strategy, end to end management of basic inventory including regular reporting, status updates, identification and communication of risks and opportunities as they develop, etc.
Provides analytics to support internal business partner’s needs (for Home Office and for the Field)
Provides valuable input on lessons learned and other continuous improvement efforts to the Localized Planning process.
Maintenance and status communication of project plan and business calendars to support business processes.
Coordinates and support new store / remodel store / merchandise test processes.
Coordinates hindsight reviews & other major milestone reporting for allocation team (Floorset Performance, Tracking)
