Requirement :

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer (min 3 years of experience) to create modern and great-looking designs across all our web and digital platforms.

You will be an important member of the Design team and help guide the visual language for MoEngage.

This position works closely with the entire Marketing Team which includes the design, content, digital, growth and UI development teams to create engaging designs that reflect the business.

You should be able to understand design trends that match the expectations of the communication brief. Providing creative input and support throughout the various stages of the design process as a key player in the Design team.

Responsibilities :

  • A designer who has an eye for balanced design and aesthetics,
  • Analyze the challenges in Marketing and create designs that meet measurable business goals and requirements
  • Show an intuitive ability to transform data into understanding - strong infographic design skills and narrative storytelling abilities
  • Ensure that our products speak the same visual language across mediums and channels
  • Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software ( After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, 2D / 3D animation software )
  • The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)
  • Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
  • Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
  • Sometimes work on non-motion graphics videos as well. Like live-action, webinars, podcasts, etc.
  • Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 3 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
  • Experience in Video editing and motion graphics is a must
  • Should have worked with a Design Studio / Agency at some point
  • Should have a very strong portfolio, preferably with work that is customer-oriented
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications like After effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro is a must.
  • Good knowledge of audio editing tools like Audacity and Adobe Audition will be a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas
  • A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
