The Role Responsibilities

  • Experience in Pegasystems PRPC v8,7 and frameworks, such as Pega PRPC and Pega SI Framework.
  • Proficient using UI controls, Pega Express, Case Management, workflow development, declaratives, activities, reports, correspondence and decision rules.
  • Experience implementing Pega integration services using REST, SOAP, etc.
  • Ability to design and build technical solutions using Pegasystems SmartBPM methodology.
  • Object-oriented programming with java and javascript background is preferable.
  • Web Services knowledge is required to communicate effectively with the services team; WSDL / HTTP.
  • Experience working relational RDBMS and SQL; Oracle PL / SQL is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Demonstrate standards and best practices for a Pega Center of Excellence.
  • Experience of software development life cycle
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, leaders and clients.
  • Ability to identify risks and issues and propose solutions effectively.
  • Should have experience integrating components such as web services, frameworks, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand procedural language code and translate it into functional technical requirements.
  • Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for issues encountered in applications supported by the team.
  • Carry out maintenance activities to ensure efficiency and availability of supported systems
  • Work closely with Production Support team to improve system stability availability, and resilience
  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • 10-14 years of IT and Pega experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree
  • Pega CLSA certification
  • Strong Knowledge on Pega methodologies (including Agile Scrum). 6+ years of full lifecycle Pega implementation experience
  • Expert PRPC level knowledge with demonstrable experience from successful projects.
  • Played a Lead System Architect role and implementing system solution using PEGA.
  • PEGA performance tuning / optimization
  • Develop functional understanding of each assigned deliverable
  • Deliver technical design and quality work products in compliance with client standards
  • Deep understanding of Pega 8 technical architecture and demonstrated ability to design reusable, scalable Pega solutions
  • Strong knowledge on Pega integration patterns.
  • In-depth knowledge on integration components such as JMS, REST , MQ etc
  • Strong technical leadership and expert consultative and communications skills.
  • Experience with Java, Javascript, CSS3, HTML5, Pega Case Management
