Job Purpose :

  • To maximise revenue through increased bookings from sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Provide an efficient and effective process to quickly handle customer enquiries, qualify and close business opportunity within predefined parameters.
  • Communicate booking information to Director Sales & Marketing and Revenue manager.
  • Effectively present and sell the hotel to meet customer needs.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1) Visiting and Identifying the tour operator for MICE & Domestic Leisure

    2) Handling all the leads generates through Digital Marketing

    3) To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, market development, handling complaints

    4) Create Mailers with the help of IT department to create the buzz in market for hotel and B2B market

    5) Deal with clients - complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy

    6) Achieve agreed sales targets through effective market penetration and customer contact.

    7) Identify alternative sales strategies incorporating trend, data analysis to ensure targets are met.

    8) Reporting to Director Sales & Marketing

    9) Prepare Daily Sales report & weekly meeting plans.

    10) Execution of the Sales Plan within the time limits.

    11) Maintain close contact with guests and market and to earn goodwill.

    12) Development and preparation Sales Budget for assigned market segment.

    13) Organize PR Activity to ensure goodwill and effective market penetration with in company guidelines.

    14) Participate in all the travel Trade Events and collect potential data to increase the sales and assigned market segment.

    15) Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales revenue.

    16) Maintaining good relationship with the existing clients.

    17) To develop new accounts in assigned territory.

    18) Visiting to the existing clients. Tying up with new MICE Operators, Domestic Tour Operators & PCO.
