Job Description

Deliver on Insurance policy sales from leads generated through BFSDirect platform. Responsible for delivery of targets assigned to the center

  • Ensure no miss-selling is done by the contact center employees
  • Actively monitor daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly performancestatistics for business delivery
  • Handle the various tasks associated to the contact center like hiring,operations, roster plan, efficiency metrics etc.
  • Motivating and retaining staff by conducting adequate reward programsand contests
  • Motivate the team, work with them to make sure they abide by allcompany policies and procedures
  • Performance reviews of the team on periodic basis
  • Desired Profile

    Deep understanding of Out Boundcall center management for Insurance sales

  • Excel reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Workingknowledge of IRDA regulations relevant to Products
  • Knowledgeof other compliance requirements linked to Products
  • Asolutions-oriented approach, with experience in continuous improvement and deliveringquantifiable process enhancements
