Position : AGM / Sr. Manager- Marketing (Project)
Position Summary : In this role in Sales & Marketing of Project, you will mainly be responsible for driving sales & order booking of projects for Macawber Beekay Pvt.
Ltd. You will be face of the Company while interacting with the Key Management Executives from Client’s end. This is a purely target & sales-oriented position and demands excellent leadership, sales, business development & customer service skills.
Required Qualification & Certification : Degree B. Tech / MTech (preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Power). MBA will be highly preferred.
Experience : At least 10 years
Location : Head Office, Noida
Reporting To : HOD-Marketing

Special skills :
Atleast 15-20 Years of Experience in marketing & business development of project in power plants (mainly thermal plants, oil refineries, cement & sugar plants)
Hands-on Sales & Tendering experience in thermal power market; knowledge on thermodynamics, spares & strong product knowledge of thermal plant products.
Exposure to both domestic & International Power Projects.
Strong Leadership & Managerial Skills
Target oriented with focus on key deliverables.
Should have travelled extensively & willing to travel domestic.
Hands on MS Office-MS Outlook / PPT / MS Excel / MS Word. Should be able to effectively create reports & presentations.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Statement of Job Responsibilities :
Preparation of complete techno-commercial proposals to customers via designated resources, Understanding of clients technical and process requirements.
Effectively chart out business development, techno-commercial proposal strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth and achieving profitability norms.
Key account management for various customers in India.
Develop techno-commercial business development strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes; spearheading technical sales activities and discussion with customer;
evolved market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
Coordination with Factory & Vendors and with other departments to achieve targets well in-time.
Responsible for sustainable business, revenue growth & commercial proposals.
Lead commercial support with commercial strategy and offerings in closing deals with Sales Teams and participate in numerous bid negotiation meetings for negotiation of Pricing & terms & conditions.
Participate in Sales & Bid Strategy, bid negotiations & support sales in closure of deals which are win-win for customers.
Achieve business goals w.r.t orders, sales, and collections.
To work closely with Top management reporting business presentation and reviews in board meetings on quarterly basis.
Interface with Sourcing, SCM and Production to ensure the timely manufacturing of the equipment to meet the contractual deadlines.
Project Management activities like follow-up for ordering, inspection, supply of material, monitoring progress through planning & scheduling.
Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions through ERP system.
Interface directly with customers to lead or assist with the selling process.
