Job Description

Accounting book keeping and controls

  • Sales and Purchase accounting and invoicing for HO / branches
  • Complete understanding of Import Purchase and Export sales accounting
  • Booking of income and expenses in branches / HO
  • Ensure compliance to Indian GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
  • Manage and update accounts receivable and payables

  • Inventory management at all locations
  • Liaise with banks for banking activities
  • Assist in cash flow and funds flow activities
  • Closing of monthly and annual books of accounts
  • Prepare / assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc.
  • Assist with other accounting projects, as needed
  • Proper understanding of internal controls assist in creating sound internal controls in accounting
  • Requirements

    Chartered Accountant 7-8 years of experience post CA

  • Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com) or relevant accounting / commerce degree
  • Fully trained on Tally Accounting Solution ERP
  • Additional Job Information

    Must be flexible to travel 3-4 days per month to branch locations
