Experience with development andimplementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, ProblemManagement, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management,Service Request Management or other ITSM application
Thorough understanding of ITIL / ITSMprocesses
Configuration / Customization of theServiceNow system, including creating workflows
Experience in Scoped applications
Experience in Complex workflows
Experience on both Server side andclient side APIs
Experience on Business rules, Clientscripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, etc.
Experience in Transform maps
10 and above years of extensive experience.
Knowledge of one or more of the following : HTML / CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON,AngularJS
Design and Architect Automation Workflows using ServiceNowOrchestration, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Editor
Experience in creating catalog items, record producers, flow designersand workflows
Certification Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow)
