SRE Specialist - who will be responsible for Teradata based Datawarehouse and reporting application support. The candidate will be responsible for managing L2 and L3 production support and at the same time will be able to deliver automation and code fixes solutions independently.

The candidate will be coordinating with project team and business stakeholders to understand application design and functionality and resolve provide timely resolution for any issues reported by stakeholders or business users by managing support for Big Data platform in Teradata.

The candidate will be responsible to partner with project team, product engineering team and business leads in ensuring the service levels are met and take end to end ownership of the Production support.

The candidate will be responsible for acting on the functional / technical activities assigned to him / co-staff including incident, problem, and change along with SLA management

  • Any BE or master’s degree
  • Certification in Teradata is desired
