Job Description :
Data Miner for CRM Analytics engagement is expected to bring strong analytical capability, with preferable domain expertise in Machine Learning Algorithms and Deep Learning.
This role involves developing new tools / assets basis business requirements, adherence to delivery timelines, and creation of presentations / documents / reports as required by stakeholders.
The AM should possess good verbal and written communication skills
Understand and articulate business problems into technical solutions providing the required output
Provide Deep learning solutions to the stakeholders using the given tools
Hands-on in the data management and data analysis tasks
Other responsibilities include :
Timely delivery of the project ensuring high quality deliverables and smooth day-to-day operations of project
Resolving all project-related issues
Adherence to all compliance requirements.
Providing inputs to the project manager
Must have skills :
Hand on experience on Python
Worked on Text, Images & Video Analytics
Other Essential skills :
Strong Python, Statistics, Applied Math and Algorithms skills required
Strong excel and PowerPoint presentation skills required
Hands on experience in creating database structures for data consolidation tasks is required
Hand on experience in OpenCV, Computer Vision, ANN, DNN, CNN and RNN (LSTM, GRU) using Tensorflow, Keras, TFlearn
Hands-on experience in data handling and a firm understanding of Probability and Stats to understand Na- ve Bayes, Gaussian Mixture Models, Hidden Markov Models, Text mining skills, NLP, Topic Modelling
Hands-on experience in building dashboards on Power BI / Tableau
Experience in statistical and data analysis in one or more of the following areas is preferred :
Data analytics with familiarity in quantitative techniques like logistic regression, decision trees, linear regression, segmentation etc.
Identifying and defining KPIs to track results, performance of operations, etc.

Should be a fast learner and a self-starter.
Must possess excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills (both verbal & written)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Should be open to travel, both domestic as well as :
Professional analytics experience of 1 - 4 years, primarily associated with developing key assets using machine learning techniques.
Experience and familiarity with Customer lifecycle / customer strategy / CRM in any domain
Data Visualization techniques will be an added advantage
Educational qualifications :
Post Graduation, preferably MBA or MSc. In Stats or Eco or Business Analytics
